Join me for an evening escape from your everyday demands to reconnect with your breath - release tension, induce calm, evoke creativity and activate emotional well-being within your body.

HOW TO PREPARE:

Optional - please have a journal and pen, water bottle, eye mask (or scarf) and blanket nearby. Comfortable clothing is recommended.

WHAT TO EXPECT: 

The intention is to create a welcoming space for us to gather, connect, and release through the power of Breathwork to reach higher levels of calm, clarity, connection and creativity.

The first portion of the call with be a group check in and introduction to the breathwork. Then we’ll go into a 25-minute breathing meditation. You will lie somewhere comfortable and I will guide you through this experience.

Following the meditation we’ll regroup for questions and group shares.

This is a great opportunity to release and recharge. No experience is needed. 

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR:

Chelsea Szabo is an Executive coach, trainer and healing facilitator. For over decade she has supported thousands of professionals around the world in the areas of confidence, communication, emotional intelligence and work / life integration. Chelsea is dedicated to helping individuals access their power and let it flow into all areas of their lives. 

Chelsea has practiced this 2-stage pranayama breathwork for nearly 15 years and is grateful for the connection, joy and magic it’s blessed her life with and is excited to share it with you. She will complete her breathwork training summer of 2022.
