Difficult and uncomfortable conversations are inevitable in the workplace. These conversations can touch on anything from poor job performance, feuding co-workers and racial bias to environmental factors (pandemic). Without proper training, many employees rely on procrastination or avoidance to get them through the situation but these strategies often only make situations worse and prevent growth.
This 6-week course is designed to give participants the awareness, tools and support needed to tackle difficult conversations with confidence. Participants will explore the full life-cycle of a difficult conversation (before/during/after), gaining individual strategies for each stage.
