How it works:
STEP 1
I'll assign a multiple choice assessment (E.L.I.) that will take you approximately 20 minutes to complete. The Energy Leadership Index (E.L.I.) is a one-of-a-kind assessment that enables you to gain clarity around your current perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and overall capability to lead the life you deeply desire. This is an attitudinal assessment, which is based on an energy/action model. It differs from a personality assessment as it is not intended to label you and have you work well within that label. Instead, it measures your level of energy based on your attitude, or perception and perspective of your world.
STEP 2
You'll schedule your 90-minute assessment debrief session.
STEP 3
On the day of your session, we'll meet by phone. The first 45 minutes will be spent understanding your results. We'll discuss your level of energy (how you show up everyday) based on your current attitudes, perceptions and perspective of your world. This will reveal major blocks that are interfering with your ability to confidently speak up and create what you really want.
The last half of your 90-minute session will be spent coaching with me. I'll make specific suggestions and share meaningful action steps to help you immediately begin empowering your choice and voice.
